CMG MI Program Guideline Changes
Effective August 15, 2008

CMG MI is making minor changes to clarify certain existing criteria for the:

• Conforming & Nonconforming Program
• A-Minus Program
• Construction-to-Perm Program

These changes become effective August 15, 2008.

• These changes apply regardless of submission channel to CMG MI
• These changes apply regardless of any Automated Underwriting System (AUS) recommendation or decision
