Program Guideline Changes for All Programs - Effective 2/17/09 and 3/6/09

Effective February 17, 2009, and March 6, 2009, CMG Mortgage Insurance Company (CMG MI) is making key changes to our guidelines.

The following should be noted:

• Changes supersede previously issued CMG MI approved program variations
• Changes apply regardless of submission channel to CMG MI
• Changes apply and are determinative regardless of any Automated Underwriting System (AUS) recommendation or decision

Changes to CMG MI's Rates

The following rate sheets will be effective on February 17, 2009 and March 6, 2009:

• Nationwide Single Premium Rates - Effective March 6, 2009
• Nationwide Monthly Premium Rates - Effective February 17, 2009
• Home Loan Payment Relief (HLPR) Discount Program Rates - Effective February 17, 2009

Changes to CMG MI's Distressed Markets

Changes to CMG MI’s Distressed Markets Policy and List become effective on March 6, 2009:

• Distressed Markets Policy - Effective 3/6/09
• Distressed Markets List – Effective 3/6/09
