Policy Servicing

Credit Unions need servicing support that offers significant savings in time and money. Our e-cmgmi Servicing system allows you to service your loans online, providing a fast and easy way to perform a wide range of functions.

Reduce paperwork and phone calls to a minimum when you use e-cmgmi to:

  • Review the status of a certificate
  • Extend a Commitment
  • Update your loan number
  • Enter a loan closing date
  • View payment, billing and refund history
  • Reinstate eligible certificates
  • Perform a loan sale; request a payoff estimate; terminate a certificate
