Premium rates presented assume owner-occupied, purchase transactions, 30-year, fully amortizing 6% fixed rate, and conforming loan balances. Coverage for scenarios defaults to Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac standard requirements for 26-40 year fixed and non-fixed mortgages. Please see CMG MI Rates.

CMG MI and FHA scenarios assume up-front MI is not financed. Renewal premiums are based on amortizing balances over 5-year period. CMG MI Single Premium comparison is based on Non-Refundable Plan. If coverage is cancelled or terminated under the federal Homeowners Protection Act, refunds will be processed in accordance with the Act, subject to state restrictions. For all other cancellations or terminations under the Non-Refundable Plan, there is no refund. CMG MI also offers a Single Premium Refundable Plan. Applicable rate adjustments apply.
