Suzette Jordan joined CMG MI in 2004 as Regional Sales Director (RSD) for the Western Sales Division, including Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington.

In her position as RSD, Suzette manages regional sales strategies for CMG MI, creating and implementing strategic initiatives, and leading a 4-member team of Account Executives to support credit union customers throughout the territory.

Suzette has more than 26 years of experience in the mortgage industry and business development, including positions in underwriting, retail mortgage originations, wholesale and correspondent lending. Prior to joining CMG MI, she was an Account Executive at PMI Mortgage Insurance Co.

Suzette is active on various lending committees, such as the Credit Union Housing Roundtable and the ACUMA Membership Committee. She is engaged in various initiatives promoting the value of mortgage lending within the credit union space and has co-authored a number of Executive White Papers on the current industry topics that most concern credit union leaders.

In 2005, Suzette earned her Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation from the Mortgage Banking Association (MBA), having graduated from the MBA’s School of Mortgage Banking. She is a multiple winner of CMG MI’s RSD Sales Achievement Award and is also the recipient of the 2008 Regional Sales Director of the Year Award.
